Suna’s philosophy draws inspiration from the hourglass, where sand symbolizes the passage of time and the importance of cherishing every moment. Our premium protein tea lattes embody this mindfulness, blending nourishment with purpose for a golden wellness journey

Our Philosophy - Sunadokei

Named for the hourglass - Sunadokei, in Japanese, where the passage of time is made visible, grain by grain, rather than merely implied. Suna is built on the same principle: that a quiet daily moment, attended to with precision, marks time more meaningfully than one left unnoticed. Each blend is formulated as an instrument for that noticing - a considered pause, rendered in protein and collagen, whatever base carries it.

Our Inspiration - Kintsugi

Kintsugi embodies our approach to wellness: embracing and highlighting the unique journey of each individual.

Kintsugi repairs broken ceramics with lacquer and gold, treating the fracture as a feature rather than a flaw to be concealed. We apply the same standard to our own process: where a formulation required revision, or a batch fell short, the correction is kept visible rather than smoothed over in retrospect. Suna is not assembled to appear faultless. It is assembled to be exact and where it once wasn't, to say so.

Our Journey

Suna's first formulations began with tea, Japanese leaves, sourced directly from growers in Shizuoka, selected for depth of flavor over convenience. Blended with whey protein isolate and marine collagen, tea became the first form our philosophy took, not the only one it will.

What matters to us isn't the base - tea today, other formats to follow, it's what each blend is built to do: turn a necessary pause into one worth taking seriously.

A cup takes ninety seconds to make. What you do with the four minutes after that is the point.
