Yes - some of our blends do contain naturally occurring caffeine, especially those made with premium tea leaves like Ceremonial Matcha, Assam Black Tea. Each serving has approximately 120–150mg of caffeine, depending on the tea.

Here are the Dos and Don’ts:

Do add the protein powder to the bottle first, followed by water, milk, or milk alternatives. The order matters!

Don’t stir with a spoon. Instead, give it a good shake for 10-15 seconds for the best mix—consider it a mini arm workout if you're not using a blender!

Simply mix our protein blend with hot water, milk, or a milk alternative, shake and enjoy your latte as a nourishing breakfast, mid-day treat or post-workout beverage.
