Thank you for being part of the Suna community.
These terms apply to all promotional vouchers, gift vouchers, and bounceback credits issued by Suna Wellness Inc. (“SUNA”). By redeeming a voucher, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Redemption Window

Your voucher can only be redeemed during the designated date range communicated on the voucher or offer when you receive the voucher.

Vouchers cannot be used outside of the specified redemption window.

2. Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, vouchers cannot be used during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week, or any sitewide promotional periods or stacked on other offers. 

3. One-Time Use

Each voucher is valid for one single use per customer and per order.
Unused amounts are forfeited and cannot be carried over.

4. Non-Stacking

Vouchers cannot be combined with:

- discount codes
- promotional offers
- automatic discounts
- subscription discounts
- ambassador/affiliate codes

Only one voucher may be applied per order.

5. No Cash Value

Vouchers:

- have no cash value,
- cannot be exchanged for money,
- cannot be refunded,
- cannot be transferred or resold.

6. Expiration

All vouchers expire on the date stated on the voucher, email, or promotional card.
Expired vouchers will not be reissued.

7. Eligibility

Vouchers are issued at SUNA’s discretion and are limited to:

- the original recipient
- the email used at the time of qualifying purchase

SUNA reserves the right to void vouchers that appear duplicated, altered, or obtained fraudulently.

8. Returns & Exchanges

If you return an order where a voucher was earned or redeemed:

- SUNA will adjust the refund amount
- Earned vouchers may be voided
- Redeemed vouchers will not be reissued

9. Modifications

SUNA may update these Voucher Terms at any time.
Any changes will apply to vouchers issued after the update date.
